There is a special team that assists our Group Guydes known as the Fire Fellas. They uphold our culture at all times while assisting their Guyde. They must at minimum be an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer and are also encouraged to get other Instructor Certifications to help out their group and community. This team is interested in taking that next step to keep learning, helping their community and are seen as leaders in their group. If you are interested in helping your Group Guyde please let them know as they are the ones that decide who is on their leadership team. If you are stepping up, they WILL notice. It takes their invitation to be on this special team.
